Who we are
Jazz Music Studio is the provider of this website and the data controller for the data described here. Contact us at support@jazzmusicstudio.com.
Data kept in your browser
The Jam Room, Chart Builder, Master Check and Release Planner run in your browser. Your settings, charts, loudness figures and release plans are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive them. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Contact form
If you send a message through the contact form, your email address and message are stored in this product's Cloudflare R2 bucket. We use them only to reply to you. They are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask at support@jazzmusicstudio.com.
AI helpers
When you use an AI helper, the text you type is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs an open Meta Llama model, to produce the answer. This site does not store that text or the answer. Please do not type personal data into the helpers.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We show no ads.
Third parties
- Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers its pages and runs the contact and AI services. Like any host, it processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service.
- Google Fonts: your browser loads the Bebas Neue and DM Sans font files from Google's font servers.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a contact-form message, or ask what we hold about you, by writing to support@jazzmusicstudio.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
